A letter from Myself (10 yrs ago)
Yay.. Finally received the letter I wrote to myself 10 years back.. =DThe envelope and letter paper has little cute piglets on it.. I even wrote down the names of my best pals then on each piglet.. [Alynna, Xinying, Joyce, Lynda and Pamela] Haha.. Letter was decorated with alot of neo-prints taken with my friends.. [Neo-print was so popular back then!!] Content of the letter may not be interesting, but at least now I know what has been going thru my mind when I was back in lower sec.. Haha! Shall type out the letter here..
Dear myself (in 2009),
How are you? I trust you are in good health and high spirits. [I'm doin great! =)] Well, are you able to recognise these awful handwriting? Wondering if they actually belonged to you? Indeed, 10 years ago, they belonged to you. [The handwriting is quite neat la.. Just fat and round.. Think it is 4 times the size of my current handwriting - which many complained is microscopic!]
Presently, I am studying in Chung Cheng High School (Main) for the second year. Do you still remember that Choir received Gold in both SYF Central Judging and Choral Excellence? And that you have been chosen for the combined choir (Premiere Night)? [Vaguely remember all these..] With the never-ending homeworks, tests and exams which come one after another, I feel very tired and stressed! [Ah.. I didnt know I was stressed and tired.. Think I have selective memory, filtered off all the unhappy memories.. Always thought my sec sch life was so stress-free and fun.. Bubble tea, Ktv, etc.. Lol!]
Well, are you still in contact with the 3 "beri-nice" pals; Joyce, XinYing and Alynna? Hope so. [Ah sadly speaking.. I'm only in contact with Joyce all these years.. Xinying, once in a while, we do bump into each other.. esp when there is MayDay Concert.. Lol.. As for Alynna, not at all, except on fb.. =(]
So, what have you accomplished? [Hmm.. *scratch head*] Any diploma or degree? Did you succeed in getting into a JC? Any boyfriends? [Yes, yes for the degree and JC question. Err.. Boyfriends? Did I (10 yrs ago) imagine myself (today) with a few boyfriends at one time?] What's your occupation? [Pharmacist] No matter what you are doing, or how you are getting on, always remember that Laughter is the BEST medicine and also the quickest way to solve all your problems. Mummy, Daddy and siblings are always there for you. Take good care of each other.
Has Papa solved his 'kidney problem'? [Papa passed aways few years back le.. =( But he did managed to get a kidney transplant eventually, a year before he left us.. =)] Mama, Didi, Meimei and you solve the 'fat-fat problem'? [There is improvement over the 10 years la..] And sis, her boyfriends, never-ending one; had she finally chose one and settle down or.. what? [Current one, kind of stable.. Keeping my fingers crossed..]

Like what I mentioned earlier, the content of the letter isn't very interesting right? Haha! But when I was reading this letter from myself, the feeling is really special.. 10 years le.. Ah, suddenly I feel so old.. Haha!
